As a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, Master Timeline Therapist, PSYCH-K Facilitator, and creator of the Enerpsych Therapy Method, I’ve combined decades of knowledge, experience, and proven techniques to create programs designed to inspire real and lasting transformation.

Equine Therapy
Alongside my work as a coach and therapist, I offer equine therapy, a powerful approach that works wonders for adults, children and teens who may not connect with traditional talk therapy. Horses have an incredible ability to mirror emotions, creating a unique and safe space for people to explore their feelings and build emotional resilience. With years of experience as a professional horsewoman and equine therapist, I guide individuals through hands-on sessions where they can gain confidence and clarity. This approach offers a meaningful alternative for those who may find conventional methods less effective.
